An important step on the journey to be physician assistants took place on Friday, September 13, in 1CW when the MGH Institute’s Master of Physician Assistant Studies program held its short white coat ceremony for 43 students. During the ceremony, program director Jenna Comeau welcomed the students and their friends and families before the group heard from the faculty speaker, program medical director Aaron Hoffman.  The two then helped the students don white coats one at a time to symbolize their entrance into the medical profession and then class recited an oath together to uphold the values and professional conduct expected from physician assistants.
