
Abraham Ndiwane, an associate professor in the School of Nursing, has been named an Associate Editorial Board Member of The Open Public Health Journal, a peer reviewed entity that publishes original research articles, reviews/mini-reviews, short articles and guest edited single topic issues in the field of public health.
“I am honored to see that my scholarship is having an impact not just in teaching but also in public health and service,” said Ndiwane, who is also External Faculty Nurse Scientist for the Yvonne L. Munn Center for Nursing Research at Massachusetts General Hospital
Ndiwane’s appointment to the editorial board comes on the heels of his winning the Gloria J. McNeal Leadership and Public Policy Mentoring Fellowship, the goal of which is to improve the diversity of nursing academe.
