Dr. Yung is Assistant Clinical Professor and Orthopaedic PT Residency Mentor at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, Clinical Faculty of the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Spine Rehabilitation Fellowship and co-founder of PhysioU. He is a PhD candidate at New York University where he served as the co-President of the Graduate Student Council in the Graduate School of Arts and Science. 

He served as the Vice-Chair of the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (AOPT) Education Committee, 2016-2021. Other services include OCS Item Writer, JOSPT manuscript reviewer, ABPTRFE Accreditation Council lead site visitor, etc. He authored/co-authored 75 peer-reviewed scholarly artifacts (consisting 67 national/international presentations and 8 journal articles including APTA/ABPTRFE’s PT Residency Competency-Based Assessment Instrument) and five funded research grants (NIOSH, APTA/ABPTRFE, AOPT/Federal Section, AAOMPT).
