Colleen Boyce is a Senior Director at RSM, the fifth largest accounting firm in the United States.
In this role, she partners with the company’s other CDI leaders to educate employees on the 11 Employee Network Groups as well as raise awareness for externally facing employees to educate their clients on the culture at RSM.
As the Executive Director/President of the RSM Boston Foundation, Boyce helps support the company’s 800 Boston office employees in pursuing what they are passionate about in the non-profit sector. This includes partnerships with several organizations in the Charlestown community where the office is located. Employees give their time and talent to J.F. Kennedy Center, Harvard-Kent Elementary School, Warren Prescott School, and the Boys & Girls Club of Charlestown.
