Immunizations and Certification Requirements: The MGH Institute recognizes that you may be worried about encountering problems and delays in accessing health services, including check-ups, certificates, and immunizations given the current pandemic. In response to these concerns, we have made some changes to deadlines, that we hope will lessen some the stress you may be experiencing.

The Institute is altering the submission deadline for Immunization and Certification Requirements for students starting their programs in the Fall of 2020, and students who started in the Summer of 2020. The new deadline for Summer and Fall incoming ABSN, CSD, DEN, DPT, GC, OTD and PA students is August 7, 2020.

Next Steps: Incoming students should proceed with creating your Complio account, pursue your immunizations and certifications when appropriate/feasible, and update your Complio accounts with any requirements you secure.

Please utilize the Office of Compliance (StudentCompliance@mghihp.edu) as a resource in complying with the immunization and certification requirements.

Acceptance of P/F Grades: The MGH Institute recognizes that students completing courses in the spring and summer of 2020 may complete part or all of their coursework on a pass/fail basis. This may be an individual choice or due to an institutional decision.

Courses, including prerequisites, taken as pass/fail during the time of the COVID-19 response (Spring, Summer, and Fall 2020) will be accepted and will not negatively impact admissions decisions for incoming or prospective students. Students must receive course credit, verified on a transcript with a Pass grade equivalent of A, B, or C. MGH Institute is aware that credit given to courses P/F may not impact GPA calculations. Please contact your program here at the Institute with specific questions.
