The IHP Today: Innovating Healthcare

Start Date Thursday, October 26, 2023
Event Oct 26 2023 6:00pm-8:00pm
MGH Institute of Health Professions, 1 Constitution Plaza, Charlestown, MA

INNOVATION IS ALL AROUND US, especially as artificial intelligence promises to revolutionize healthcare delivery. Among the many questions: How will innovation affect cost, delivery, and the patient experience? And what role is the MGH Institute of Health Professions playing to innovate healthcare?

Join us for a captivating conversation led by Chris Coburn, Chief Innovation Officer for Mass General Brigham. The panel discussion will focus on recent innovations in healthcare and highlight the many ways in which the MGH Institute is leading change and transforming patient care.

INNOVATION IS ABOUT THE PATIENT, who is always at the center of the healthcare mission. Whether it's through new treatments, modern technology or new processes, healthcare innovation is giving clinicians and healthcare organizations the tools to help patients improve their lives. From impromptu solutions to long-term studies and sophisticated technology, innovation in this sector is rapidly evolving.

With significant challenges on the horizon, healthcare leaders are turning to new applications and informatics to develop smarter methods of delivery, a critical development given the need for scalable, advanced tools as the industry becomes more interconnected.

YOUR PRESENCE WILL HELP OUR PURPOSE - raising funds vital for scholarship support. Through this funding, we can ease the financial burden on MGH Institute students as they become leaders in their respective health care fields.

We hope you will support this important mission, while joining us for a timely and dynamic dialogue. The work at the IHP will impact our future healthcare delivery - and YOU!
