Natalie is the primary point of contact for HR customer service. She also leads the IHP term lecturer hiring process and partners with departments on the hiring of our GA/TA/RAs. Other key areas include; HR event/Employee Recognition Support, Finance and Budget Expense/Tracking, and administrative recruitment support for the HR team.

Prior to her role in Human Resources, she was the primary administrative support to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Program Innovation in the School of Nursing. Natalie also served as Senior Staff Assistant in the Office of the President, joining the Institute in March 2012 as Staff Assistant.
