Jen joined the Institute's HR team in August 2011.

Key areas of service include Recruitment & Hiring, Benefits Administration, HR Compliance, HRIS Administration, Employee Relations and other related HR projects and duties as assigned. Jen serves as the HR team lead for performance management. Jen is also responsible for the annual performance review process and reviewing, revising, and recommending HR policy updates located on the HR Intranet and HR policies in the faculty handbook

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stonehill College and a Master of Science in Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from Northeastern University. Jen is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Prior to joining the Institute, Jen held Human Resources roles at Arnold Worldwide and Mass Eye & Ear Infirmary.
