Tiffany is a Doctoral student and continuing JEDI fellow of the Department of Occupational Therapy. Though over 7 years of experience in social justice education, Tiffany has facilitated projects including workshop leadership, youth mentorship, and AAPI event planning. Her current fellowship work includes aggregating data for the OT curriculum review, supporting students throughout their fieldwork experiences, and preparing students to utilize JEDI-informed observations and interviews throughout Child Development Day. Outside of the OT department, Tiffany is involved in co-leading the AAPI Student Space, facilitating the Power, Privilege, and Positionality Orientation, and meeting monthly with the School of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences’s Anti-Oppression Task Force.

Tiffany’s passion for diversity guides her through her current JEDI fellowship as she strives to make IHP a more equitable environment for all. She recommends others to check out the Asian Community Development Corporation and Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence in Boston to support the local community.
