Nikita is a second-year DEN student in the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner track and a JEDI fellow for the School of Nursing. Prior to joining the IHP, she worked for 8 years on maternal quality and safety projects at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Nikita's JEDI projects include facilitating BIPOC meet and greets and improving nursing curriculum content related to LGBT health issues and weight stigma.
