Katikie joined the Institute HR team in May 2022 as Talent Acquisition Partner for all IHP staff, faculty, and leadership roles. Katikie worked as a talent acquisition coordinator and recruiting specialist with the Professional Staffing Group for three years and some of her clients included Higher Ed, Financial, and Healthcare organizations. Most recently, she has worked with MGH Dental group for the past 10 months, and prior to this, she held professional roles in liability, compliance and housing management. Katikie brings with her a strong passion for recruitment, JEDI, and helping candidates and hiring departments find a solid match for success.
