Jenny Rand, MMSc, PA-C, is an Instructor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at MGH Institute of Health Professions. She started her Physician Assistant career in 2002 as a neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery PA at Boston Medical Center. She then worked in a private orthopedic surgery practice until she joined MGH IHP.

Jenny started teaching as the lead preceptor for a clinical site rotation she established at a private orthopedic surgery practice, while also teaching clinical skills at Boston University's Physician Assistant Program. She has been an instructor with the MGH IHP Department of Physician Assistant Studies since August 2019.
