June 22-23, 2023

The framework of the 3-month program considers three interrelated dimensions of leading: self, teams & systems. Throughout, participants will be exposed to leadership models and self-assessments, active dialogue about building effective teams, methods for creating a culture of change based on responsive/responsible communication and strategic thinking, and opportunities for application of learning through a community of learners and executive coaches. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their individual leadership presence and skills and how those skills help to reframe the environment and engage others. A certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the program.

The goals of the program are to:

  • DEVELOP your own vision of leadership related to self, team, and leading within an organization or a system.
  • BUILD a personal action plan that will travel with you after completing the program as you continue your journey as a leader.
