Debra Doroni, MBA, PCC is a leadership educator and executive and leadership coach whose mission is to engage healthcare leaders and clinicians to fulfill their greatness in their professional and personal lives. Through individual and team coaching and leadership education, she supports professionals to elevate their impact, and improve their professional and personal relationships, success, and satisfaction. They become leaders others want to follow.

Debra serves as Interim Director of the Master of Healthcare Leadership and Administration at the MGH Institute for Health Professions. She is also adjunct faculty at Harvard Medical School. For more than 25 years, she was a healthcare executive in large and small physician practice, academic hospital and for-profit healthcare settings, including serving for nearly 20 years as the Executive Director for the MGH Department of Surgery and Transplant Center.

Having been compelled in the aftermath of cancer treatment and professional burnout to transform her own professional and personal life, Debra has a particular interest in supporting clinicians and healthcare leaders to promote the conditions that lead to professional and personal thriving.
