Library Resources & Services for Faculty

Jessica Bell, Director of the Library and Instructional Design, and Amanda Tarbet, Reference Librarian, are here to help you navigate the library services and resources.

The Library Resources and Services website is the main source of information about the collections and services available to the Institute.

Below are some additional resources and services available to you as Institute faculty.

Course Materials and Readings

Find out how to link to articles and eBooks in the library's databases, put readings on reserve, places to find multimedia materials, and the rules you need to follow to do it legally.

Workshops, Tutorials, and Class Sessions

If you have an assignment that requires your students to use library collections, you will want to consider offering your students help from a librarian. The help can come in several forms:

  • In-class sessions
  • Workshops outside of class time
  • Online tutorials embedded in your D2L course
  • One-on-one consultations

Email Jessica Bell, the Director of the Library and Instructional Design, for more information.
