Brian Reis joined MGH Institute of Health Professions as HR Generalist/Analyst in November 2017.
Brian provides HR support and leadership to faculty, staff, and managers in the offices of Development, Finance, Information Technology, Campus Services, Provost, CIPSI, and Student and Alumni Services.
Key areas of HR service Brian provides include full-cycle recruitment, new hire on-boarding, employee relations consultation, compensation analysis, HR training, performance management guidance and support to other HR initiatives. In addition, Brian will take on HR Analyst responsibilities where he will be responsible for HRIS administration and reporting.
For the past 10 years Brian has held HR positions where he was responsible for recruitment and on-boarding, compliance, diversity outreach programs, job descriptions, compensation, training, HR reporting, and project management.
