Bob McCall is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, at MGH Institute of Health Professions.

Mr. McCall serves as Vice President of Inpatient Rehabilitation Services for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network– part of Partners HealthCare. In this executive leadership role, he is responsible for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Department’s operations and strategic planning for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod, Spaulding Hospital for Continuing Medical Care Cambridge, Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center West Roxbury, and Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center North End.

Mr. McCall has been with The Spaulding Rehab Network for 11 years, and overall has over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation as a clinician and administrator. He has extensive experience in network and program development, and employee career advancement and is a key leader in Spaulding’s international collaborations. 

Prior to joining Spaulding, he served in leadership roles for a broad spectrum of rehab settings including academic medical centers, long-term acute care, skilled nursing and inpatient rehab settings. He previously achieved certification as a Specialist in Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy in 2001.

He is a member of the American College of HealthCare Executives, and the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine.
