Graduate-Level Non-Degree Courses: $1,170.00 per credit
Graduate-Level Non-Degree Courses: $585.00 per credit
Note: Not all courses offer the audit option.
A General Student Fee is charged based on total registered credits for graduate level non-degree courses. Please refer to the General Student Fee structure on the registration form. Fees are non-refundable.

Full-time employees working within Partners HealthCare may take one 3-credit Institute course at half-price tuition. Proof of full-time employment is required with the completed application in order to be eligible for the Partners discount.
Verification of full-time employment includes a copy of a pay stub indicating a 40-hour work week or an employment verification letter from a Partners official. This letter must include the signature, title, department, and phone number of the Partners official and it must indicate that the applicant is considered a full-time employee of Partners HealthCare.
The Partners discount does not apply for audited courses, or any of the applicable fees. DISCOUNTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR COURSES USING VOUCHERS. DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE COMBINED. For payment processing call (617) 643-2126 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Graduate Level Courses:
Students are required to enclose full payment of tuition and fees at the time of registration. Methods of payment include:
Credit Card (Most Cards are honored)
Approved Institute Voucher(s)
Vouchers only cover tuition costs and do not cover fees. Fees are the responsibility of the registrant and must be included with any vouchers.
Science Prerequisite Courses:
Credit Card (Most Cards are honored) - Register and pay online using this payment method.
Approved Institute Vouchers(s) - If you choose to register online, you must make full payment
at that time. Vouchers can then be submitted before the 5th class day and a refund of tuition
will be processed.
Financial aid is not available to students taking Science Prerequisites in the Fall or Spring semesters.
While prompt registration does not guarantee enrollment, you are encouraged to register early.
If submitting an Institute Voucher for payment, make sure that it is the original and that all necessary approvals have been obtained. Also be sure to include payment of applicable fees for graduate level courses.
Vouchers must be redeemed by the 12th class day of the semester of enrollment. For shortened modules, vouchers must be redeemed by the 5th class day of the module. See Voucher Redemption Policy page for more detailed information.
