*The Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) has granted Accreditation-Provisional status to the Physician Assistant Program sponsored by MGH Institute of Health Professions. Accreditation-Provisional is an accreditation status granted when the plans and resource allocation, if fully implemented as planned, of a proposed program appear to demonstrate the program’s ability to meet the ARC-PA Standards. Accreditation-Provisional does not ensure any subsequent accreditation status. It is limited to no more than five years from matriculation of the first class. Students who graduate from a PA program with a designation of provisional accreditation are eligible to sit for the Physician Assistant National Certification Examination (PANCE).

Update the Accreditation status. Non-Discrimination Policy

The MGH Institute of Health Professions does not discriminate on the basis of color, race, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, status as a parent, or national origin. The Institute respects and values the diverse backgrounds of all people and welcomes them to fully participate in campus life.

Accreditation Continued to 2020

New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) has officially continued accreditation for the MGH Institute, giving high marks for advancements during past ten years. More
