International Applicants Only

The Office of Student Affairs, in conjunction with the Partners HealthCare International Office, provides information and assistance with the issuance and maintenance of appropriate Immigration and Naturalization Service documents and student visas.

Applicants who did not receive their degree in the United States must have their degree transcript evaluated by an accredited U.S. credentialing agency. International students must adhere to the admissions deadlines on the application to allow adequate time for visa processing. The TOEFL is required for applicants whose native language is not English.

Ineligible Programs – Because a significant portion of the curriculum is taught online, international students seeking an F-1 visa through the MGH Institute are not eligible to apply for the following programs:
  • Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Medical Imaging
  • Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy
International students not seeking an F-1 visa through the Institute are eligible to apply for these programs; consult the Admissions office early in the application process.
