As a strategic partner with the MGH Institute leadership, the Office of Human Resources develops and delivers innovative human resources programs and services designed to support the mission of the Institute. We provide leadership and support to the Institute community in the areas of employment, training and career development, faculy and staff relations, compensation, organization and job design, performance management, benefit and payroll administration, and legal compliance.
